This Thermometer is dead on between 60f - 70f. I haven’t done a brew day yet, but I keep getting emails to do a review, so here we are. It shipped in a soft envelope covered in a generous amount of bubble wrap, the large 1” premium bubble. Fully intact, sturdy piece of equipment, full confidence it will work in 5.5 gallon kettle / BIAB system.
