Our Anvil 7.5 Gallon Stainless Steel Bucket Fermentor are loaded with features! In addition to all the wonderful qualities of stainless steel, this fermentor has a coned bottom for settling of yeast and trub. Etched volume markings help you know exactly how much fermenting beer you have. The rotating racking arm allows you to rotate and drain clear beer away from trub. It even includes a spigot with ball valve, stopper and airlock! Perfect for 5 gallon batches of beer or even 6 gallon batches of wine. The small design enables it to easily fit inside a refrigerated unit. Durability and ease of use in a stainless steel fermenting bucket, all at a great price point!

We have two of these and love them! Perfect for our 5 gal. batches!
Every thing was easy to assemble. Worth the price.
I’ve been fermenting in plastic buckets for 10 years with little issue, but wanted a fermenter that gave me better ability to control fermentation temps etc after picking up some diacetyl in a recent batch.I bought a couple of these in conjunction with FermWraps, the anvil temp control system, and InkBird temp controllers and couldn’t be happier. I’m now able to control my ferm temp within +/- 1 degree, from temps of 66F up to 90F for Kveik’s. The stainless is super easy to clean/sanitize and gives me more peace of mind than worrying about scratched plastic buckets. I only wish that it could hold pressure better for closed transfers to kegs. I was pumping about 1-2psi into the fermenter during my closed transfer and could hear the CO2 hissing out of the seam on the top, but I had this same issue with my plastic buckets. Only other thing that was kind of a pain for me was not realizing that the barb was 1/2 OD and needing to rig up a new setup (buy some new parts) for my closed transfer to get a tight seal, since the barb connect to my corny keg was 5/16.
So far love this SS Bucket Fermenter. It was a little more expensive than a glass Big Mouth Carboy with the carrier but all in all seems to be a much better and safer deal. Only small complaint is that is does take up more room in my fermentation Chest Freezer but it is manageable. Love the bib opening and the bottom tap with racking arm making racking so much easier. Definitely a nice upgrade to my equipment that will serve me for years to come.
The packaging was nice and stout, received on my doorstep with no damage. Unpacked it is a solid unit just waiting for a proper wash and sanitize. I will be using it next week, expecting no issues and great ales in my future.
