Fast and excellent service. All items from Keg Factory are always well packaged and shipped quickly. As for the fermenters - I'll let you all know soon enough - first thoughts are: on the outside there are a lot of areas where dirt can get trapped - inside is smooth and perfectly formed to let trub and yeast set at bottom - faucet had an interesting design that appears to aid in pulling off the top of the yeast cake - pictures to follow.

Nice lightweight easy to use. Top is a bit tricky sometimes to unlock. Overall great. But be careful they are brittle. I dropped one it broke apart.

I LOVE this! I have been making 2.5 gal batches of beer, so I can try different things. Turns out one can of Malt Extract is just right for this size. I love that I can just pour the wort right in; let it ferment; then bottle easily with spigot. One tip: before you pour wort, be sure the spigot is in OFF position, or you'll lose some!

Seems to work well. There is a little rubber gasket that goes by the spigot and there is no directions on weather it goes on the inside or outside. Other than that it is good. I did put a damp rag at the spigot because when I first filled it up I had a few drops come out of it.
