It is fermenting now. seems to be working well ! the only concern
I had was the hole for the air lock was to big ,but with a little silicone I made it air tight !!

3 gal. Conical fermenter

It looks great haven't used it yet but will next week. Need another one so that I can do two different wines at the same time instead of waiting for one to finish.
