How do I track my order?
To track your order, log in to your account and navigate to orders. You will find your order history with its status. You also receive tracking information via email so you can track your shipment's progress with the carrier.
How quickly do you ship?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Due to the current COVD-19 staffing restrictions and shortages these lead times can be delayed. The "Get it by" date on each products' page has our current lead times built in.
How do I redeem my rewards points?
To redeem loyalty points for discounts, log in to your account. On your account page under your order history you will see your rewards points breakdown. Under the "My Rewards" tab you can redeem your eligible discounts. This will provide you with a discount code to apply during checkout.
What is your return policy?
Need to make a return? No problem! We accept returns on new items within 30 days of receipt. All you have to do is request a return and you will receive a prepaid shipping label via email to send the items back to us. Read our detailed return policy here.
